A PROVISIONAL driving licence holder in Droitwich has had their car seized after they drove other than in accordance with their licence.
Officers from the Droitwich West Safer Neighbourhood Team pulled over the vehicle in Long Sling yesterday while they were out on patrol and will now be reporting the motorist for the offence.
Provisional licence holders must be supervised by a front seat passenger who is over the age of 21 and has held a valid UK drivers licence for more than three years and ‘L’ plates must be displayed.
Failure to comply is not only breaking the law but also voids the vehicles insurance policies.
