IF you have problems or concerns to raise to your local councillors in Droitwich’s south east ward then you can do so at upcoming community engagement meetings.
Wychavon District Council have organised two drop-in sessions on Tuesday, May 14.
Residents in the Droitwich south east ward will have a chance to discuss relevant issues with Councillors Richard Morris and John Grady.
The three sessions will be hosted at the Red Lion, Worcester Road from 2pm to 3.30pm and Mews Care Home, Mulberry Tree Hill from 4pm to 5.30pm.
The councillors are also asking for the local community to help set up a Residents Association on the Yew Tree Village estate by attending Woodlands Care Home, Pulley Lane from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Coun Morris, said: “I am looking forward to meeting with our local community and speaking about any concerns and frustrations that are being encountered in our area.”
Wychavon says its Meet Your Council programme is part of its commitment to constantly engage with residents, and if you have any questions, ideas, or concerns, the councillors will be there to make some positive changes.
Coun Grady, said: “I want to offer my support to the residents of Droitwich South East.
“Having a Residents Association in the Yew Tree Village estate is key to create a better sense of community and identity, and to improve the area we live in.”
