CHURCHES across Droitwich have said a big thank you to all those who helped raise money during the St Richards Festival for the lent appeal, writes Gabriela Dzanko.
A total of £1,256.80 has now been collected and donated to ‘Open Doors’, a charity that helps persecuted Christians across the globe.
Open Doors, which offers hope to Christians persecuted for their faith, thanked the churches for their gift.
The next event to help support support faith and mission outside of the parish will be through the ‘Send a Cow’ scheme at ‘SaltFest’, in the autumn.xx
