Cyclist injured in crash in Oddingley between a bike and a Porsche

A CYCLIST is in hospital after a crash between a bike and a Porsche Taycan in Oddingley.

It happened around 7.15pm last night at the junction of Captain’s Lane and Trench Lane.

The 55-year-old rider was on a black and orange KTM Revelator road bike.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said three ambulances and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham were sent to the scene.




“On arrival, crews found a man, the cyclist, in a critical condition.

“He was given advanced trauma care on scene with treatment continuing on route to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.”


The rider is getting ongoing treatment for their injuries.
