A DARING duo braved the shave at a Droitwich care home in aid of a cancer charity.
Tony Bourne and his wife Davinia had their long locks lopped on Tuesday and raised £150 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The senior support worker, who has worked at Newland Hurst for up to 17 years, took on the challenge in memory his mother, Susan, who passed away from cancer.
Tony said: “It went really well, we were so surprised to see what we looked like afterwards!
“It was an honour to be able to raise funds for such a great cause.
“Macmillan is a lovely charity that does so much to help others.”
