VISITORS to the Droitwich Hobbycraft store tomorrow (Saturday) are being urged to join staff and go dressed as superheroes to raise funds for Acorns Children’s Hospice.
The event is part of a week aimed at raising money and awareness for the charity, which cares for children will life-shortening illnesses and to help in supporting both them and their families.
As well as dressing as different superheroes, staff and customers will be participating in superhero-themed craft activities.
Hobbycraft Droitwich manager said: “Are you a Decopatch Diva or a Needlework Ninja?
“Then don your cape and join us in store for hero-themed dress up and crafts, raising invaluable awareness and shed loads of money so that Acorns Children’s Hospice – Acorns for the Three Counties can continue their life-changing work.
“All our colleagues will be leading the way at our Superhero Saturday so it’s a case of ‘Fundraisers Assemble’.”
