THERE was a double celebration at Droitwich Taekwon-Do when members being presented with their black belts coincided with the club’s 20th anniversary.
The belts were presented by the Mayor of Droitwich Spa, Coun William Moy and his consort Dilys.
The school has produced a number of black belts since its launch in 1999, along with national, international and world champions in those two decades.
Lisa Perkins and Mylo Thomas were presented with their 1st Dan Black Belts after a successful grading under five senior examiners in Cambridge back in May.
The school, which trains at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Hampton Lovett Village Hall, is always looking for new members.
