A DRIVER stopped in Wychbold this afternoon was found to also have no licence or no insurance.
Officers from Worcestershire’s Operational Policing Unit pulled over the car after spotting the motorist on the phone.
The OPU posted this picture on social media to warn others not to take the same risks.
