A MOTORIST on the M5 near Droitwich has been stopped and reported for continually using the middle lane.
The van driver was travelling on the southbound carriageway.
Officers from Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit, who pulled over the vehicle, said the actions caused other law-abiding drivers to have to unnecessarily keep changing lanes.
The law states drivers should always use the left-hand lane of motorways unless they are overtaking.
