DROITWICH Arts Network hosted an Easter themed Arts Dabble Day at The Hub in St Andrews Square.
The day was successful and was an opportunity that encouraged people to make Easter decorations for their homes as gifts.
The Hub is a community focused establishment and the artistic members of Droitwich Art Network helped people attending the event with their own artwork.
Around 160 people attended the free event as live music played while they were taking parts in arts and crafts.
Hub organiser, Rhys Jones said: “Families came into The Hub eager to participate. Activities consisted of experimenting with watercolour painting, origami, kumihimo braiding, making pom-poms, and crochet.
“We had stations for drawing and painting with a range of mediums, whilst others got their hands messy with clay modelling.”
Droitwich Arts Network has more art and craft events lined up for the summer, such as painting ‘en plein air’ workshops and poetry days.
Visit: droitwichartsnetwork.org for more information on the Hub which is open Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays 10 am – 4 pm.
