DROITWICH athletes Rebecca and Matthew Redfern are among the 28-strong British team to have been selected for the 2023 Para Swimming World Championships.
The duo, who compete for Worcester swimming club, will be heading up to Manchester for the championships, which take place between July 31 and August 6.
The team selected for the upcoming championships includes 15 of the athletes who took to the competition pool in the last edition on British soil back in London in 2019.
British Swimming Associate Performance Director Tim Jones said: “Manchester 2023 is a brilliant chance to set the stage for ourselves one year out from Paris 2024.
“We will be working closely with these swimmers and their home programmes to support them through the coming months.”
