DROITWICH singer Charlie Green will be among the acts taking part in a charity show at the Swan Theatre.
The 17-year-old who amassed plenty of fans when he reached the semi-final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2008 will be in the Rainbow of Dreams which will be performed at the Worcester venue at 2.30pm and 7pm on June 14 and 4pm on June 15.
The show will raise funds for HANDS which supports vulnerable children in Northern Thailand.
Other acts include Cerys Jones, who has played leading roles in the Worcester Operatic and Dramatic Youth Section, ventriloquist Lachlan Werner, gravity defying aerial acrobat Lunar Danu, the Harlequin Stage School, Barry North and the national and international award-winning Worcestershire Youth Wind Orchestra.
Organiser Sue said it was a very talented line-up.
“It touches your heart to see the wonderful work HANDS is achieving with their very limited funds and how these vulnerable people cope with their very difficult lives.
“We have seen how the money raised is used directly to benefit them.”
Tickets, at £10 are available from Carole Langford on 01905 425299.
