CARERS from a Droitwich nursing home will walk 12 miles to Worcester and back to raise funds so residents can have a trip to Weston-super-Mare in the summer.
Laura Taylor, the manager at Ravenstone Care Home, St Andrews Road, and care assistants Jodie Carroll and Sara-Jayne Lowe will be joined with other members of staff will tackle the feat at midnight on Monday (February 23).
They are hoping to raise about £200 so 15 residents can attend an air show at the seaside town in June.
