Droitwich creation thought to be a Banksy claimed by Birmingham street artist

THE PIECE of street art which appeared in Droitwich on Sunday morning and was thought could be a Banksy has been claimed by a Birmingham artist.

The piece attracted a lot of interest from residents and visitors and speculation it could be the Bristol-based creator.

But Disney.b32 has since come foward to reveal he created it.

Several people contacted the Standard about the work on the side of the Michael Neil Photography building, formerly the Town Hall, and opposite St Andrew’s Church.

The thought-provoking piece depicts a child watching a television set with the words ‘DON’T THINK’ on the screen.

Disney.b32 also released this video showing how the artwork was created.

It comes just four months after the artist created another eye-catching work on the wall of a chip shop in Worcester Road, Bromsgrove.
