Droitwich drivers warned after spate of car crime in the town

DROITWICH drivers are being warned to be on their guard after a spate of car crime in the town.

Between 9pm last Thursday and 1.15pm on Monday a wing mirror was ripped off a vehicle in Ombersley Road.

In Friar Street, between Saturday and Sunday, a wing mirror was also broken off.

From 10pm on Saturday and 7.30pm on Sunday, both wing mirrors were kicked off a car while it was parked in St Andrews Square.




And in Manning Road, between 8pm and 10.30pm last Friday screws were put in the tyres of a vehicle and the bonnet and tailgate were scratched.

Anyone who sees any suspicious activity around vehicles should report in to the police.


Witnesses or anyone with any information should call officers on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
