DROITWICH estate agents Nicol & Co is donating £100 to community organisations for every new property completion.
The initiative comes as the Worcester Road business looks to boost local communities.
Managing director Matt Nicol said: “We have decided that for every completion we achieve on instructions that we sign up from March to donate £100 of our fee to the school, community group or food bank of the client’s choice.
“We hope this will not only boost local morale but will also help raise much-needed funds for some crucial community projects.”
It follows donations Nicol & Co made to a project that distributed nine free Amazon Fire tablets.
These were shared between St Joseph’s Catholic Primary in Droitwich, St George’s Catholic Primary in Worcester and Somers Park School in Malvern.
Mr Nicol added: “Our commitment to community funding is an important part of our business.
“This means helping schools and local communities throughout the year and not just at summer fairs and Christmas markets.”
