THE CONCERT held by Droitwich Lions raised £850 for the Worcestershire Young Carers and other charities supported by the group.
The event at the town’s Working Men’s Club featured a performance by the Worcester Ukulele Club and magician Ron Popple provided some wonderful magic and jokes.
Lion Bill Phillips said: “Thanks most of all to the people who supported us by coming and also buying loads of raffle tickets for the prizes that were so generously donated by local businesses.”
