Droitwich Lions provide £300 for town's St John Ambulance defib refurb

Tristan Harris 1st May, 2018   0

DROITWICH Lions has donated £300 to the town’s St John Ambulance to pay for the refurbishment of three of the organisation’s defibrillators.

Richard Brown, from St John, met members of the Lions group and explained how they worked, along with the fact the battery packs costed £100 each and lasted ten years.

The donation means the St John team will not have to replace the battery themselves.
