Droitwich man banned from parts of the town after assault conviction

A DROITWICH man has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order and banned from parts of the Spa after being convicted of assault.

John James Smith, 30, of Winslow Avenue was handed the three order by Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday (December 8).

It prohibits him from behaving in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner and from entering Highfield Close, Thatchers Piece and Stalls Farm Road.

The order also means that Smith cannot use verbally abusive, foul language or make offensive gestures.




The legislation also states he cannot be drunk in a public place.
