OUTSTANDING in all areas – that was the view of Ofsted inspectors after visiting Busy Bees Droitwich nursery.
It was the fourth time in a row The Hollies on Worcester Road had received top marks.
Inspectors said: “The nursery is a hive of activity and children have lots of fun as they learn.
“They industriously take part in activities and facilitate their own learning with enthusiasm and vigor.”
The staff team at the nursery were also praised for being positive role models and continually encouraging children to use good manners, share, take turns and respect each other.
Ofsted also said lots of positive language was shared between children and staff, including high levels of praise which led to all children having high self-esteem and confidence.
Child development was given a special mention with Ofsted recognising children made excellent progress in their learning, given their individual starting points and capabilities.
“Staff meticulously monitor and track children’s progress to ensure that any weaknesses or higher levels of development are swiftly identified.
“The environment is utilised to its full potential. Every room is bright, welcoming and stimulating with an abundance of resources to enthuse children to learn.”
Ashley Webb, Busy Bees Droitwich centre director said she was immensely proud of the team and the achievement as it reflected the hard work of every member.
She added the four times in a row meant The Hollies was in a very elite set of nurseries.
