ONE OF the biggest European Referendum debates in the county will be held in Droitwich on April 22.
The event will take place at Droitwich Spa High School at 7pm and will feature representatives from both sides of the argument.
Among the guest speakers on the eveing will be MEPs (Members of European Parliament) from UKIP and the Conservative Party and campaign representatives.
It will be chaired by Simon Green who is a professor of politics at Aston University.
The debate, which is being recorded, hopes to provide the public with plenty of reasons both for remaining and for leaving the European Union.
The event promises to be informative and interesting with audience members being invited to ask questions and participate live in the debate.
A spokesperson for the event said: “It’s going to be a really great opportunity to get ideas from both sides in order to make people more aware of the potential implications of a BREXIT or remaining in the EU.
“It’s going to be fantastic and we welcome everyone.”
People interested in acquiring tickets should visit www.jgqa.org.uk to get their free e-ticket to the debate.
