A GARDEN in Droitwich will open its gates for good causes between 2pm and 5pm on August 1.

Hiraeth, 30 Showell Road, boasts ‘an oasis of colour which is not to be missed’, along with a 200-year-old stile, a 300-year-old olive tree and an assortment of unusual sculptures.

Silver service afternoon teas will be on offer and there will be a plant sale at the National Garden Scheme event.

Admission is £3.50 for adults and free for children.
