Droitwich Editorial 1st May, 2014 Updated: 17th Oct, 2016   0

DROITWICH Police are investigating the thefts of plants and trees.

The first happened between 5pm on April 25 and 8am on April 28 at the Lido Park when £200 worth of newly-planted shrubs were dug up and stolen. It was done carefully, indicating the thieves planned to plant them elsewhere.

Then between 6pm on April 28 and 8am on April 29, two 12ins topiary balls were stolen from a garden in Charles Henry Road. They were lavender coloured and were tied to hooks outside the property.

Any witnesses or anyone with any information should call 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
