RESIDENTS from across Droitwich are being urged to nominate items by West Midlands food and drink producers they feel should be stocked on the shelves of Morrisons.
The supermarket giant already stocks plenty of items from the region but it wants to hear about hidden gems it may have missed.
Satnam Leihal, Morrisons’ regional manager for the West Midlands said: “Our customers tell us they want to see even more food that is made in the region and that’s why we’re asking the best suppliers to get in touch.”
As well as listing suppliers customers in the West Midlands will love, Morrisons’ new programme could go even further and identify suppliers whose food and drink is already recognised and enjoyed by local customers but not yet recognised nationally.
Visit www.morrisons.com/local for more information on the programme and how to nominate.
