Droitwich Sign and Print Co celebrates 50 years of business in the town

THE DROITWICH Sign and Print Co says it wants to thank its employees, suppliers and customers as it celebrates 50 years in businesses.

It has had its home in North Street almost since it was first established in 1972 and since then has been helping local businesses across Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands by providing bespoke signage, print and graphics.

The company’s managing director Mark Hanson said: “We are proud of our roots in Droitwich and of helping local businesses with their diverse print needs, and trust me, they really can be diverse.

“We really appreciate and are grateful for the support we have received over the years from the Droitwich and Worcestershire community.

“It’s a privilege to service both our long-standing and new customers, and we are looking forward to what’s to come in the future.”

Although the business has gone through some major changes over the years and faced challenges, including recession, Brexit and Covid, it says its strong employee culture, can-do attitude and high customer service have remained at the core of the company values.

As part of its year-long celebrations and to give back to the community, the company has chosen to support the Droitwich Pantry and Fridge, making it the firm’s charity of the year.

Mr Hanson added: “We are amazed at the work they do in providing for the community, whilst at the same time helping to reduce the enormous food waste.

“They really are remarkable, and we are looking forward to working with them.”
