Droitwich's Berry Hill MoT Centre in the running for Best Customer Service award

A DROITWICH garage has made it through to the final of a prestigious awards scheme.

Berry Hill MoT Centre Ltd has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Customer Service’ section of the Automechanika Birmingham 2026 Garage Awards.

The team will find out if they have won the accolade at the awards ceremony at Birmingham’s NEC on June 3.

Berry Hill MoT Centre Ltd has been going for three years. Prior to that it was part of the Blue Door Taxi Group and serviced the private hire vehicles.

Rob Day, one of the directors who has been in the motor servicing trade for 20 years, said: “This is the first time we have been shortlisted like this and we are all so proud.

“We all work as a team – from the mechanics and MoT testers to receptionists and office staff – and we pride ourselves on our customer service.”




The garage has 71 reviews on Google – all five stars – and many of the testimonials mention customer service as one of the main reasons for motorists using the centre.

Rob added: “If a car fails an MoT or needs work doing, we talk through the situation with the customer and show them behind the scenes – it’s all about how they feel when they arrive and how they feel when they leave.”
