DROITWICH-based golf club ‘Gaudet Luce’ has raised over £6,000 this year for the Make a Wish Foundation, writes Cameron Hill.
At the beginning of 2017, this year’s club captain Steve Lewis chose Make a Wish as the focus of the club’s fund-raising efforts.
And over the last 12 months several competitions, fund-raisers and numerous donations made the huge £6,052.12 figure possible.
Make a Wish Midlands joined the golf club at its annual general meeting to celebrate the valiant effort throughout the year.
