DROITWICH resident Sonia Mound has made her dream come true as after many years of hard work she finally opened her mobile prosecco bar business.
Sonia first came up with the idea around six years ago after seeing a photo of one and falling in love with it.
‘Sorrell’s Bubbly Bar’ is now open for business, with Sonia receiving her new van a few weeks ago.
She has already held a launch event at home and will be having her on-the-road debut at Droitwich Salt Fest on Saturday, September 3.
Sonia said: “It has been a very long journey, lots of up and downs and dead ends I just knew I had to keep going and could not get it out of my mind.
“Eventually, everything fell into place and I was able to order one to be made for me.”
Sonia currently works part-time at Droitwich hat shop Creations by Caroline and plans to build her new business around her current job.
“I’m so excited about my new business” Sonia added.
“It shows what you can do if you don’t give up, I have made my dream come true and it’s all the more special after waiting so long and putting in so much hard work.
“I am looking forward to lots of adventures and providing a wonderful service with my gorgeous van, selling the most delicious Italian Frizzante.”
