Droitwich's St Peter's Pre-School gives Midlands Air Ambulance a £300 lift

Droitwich Editorial 9th Aug, 2019 Updated: 11th Aug, 2019

THE MIDLANDS Air Ambulance has received a welcome lift from Droitwich’s St Peter’s Pre-School which raised £300 for the charity, writes Sophie Nixon.

The pre school with 31 students are a charity run organisation established over 25 years ago and located in the St Peter’s Church vestry alongside the first school and Lido Park.

The school has had a tough year after being broken into twice and had toys and equipment damaged.

But, despite this, it has been able to support other charities and raised cash to restore the school to its original state.

Children each had a flowerpot which they put their own design on before taking them home to collect some pennies.

Pre-School manager Trudie Harris said she was overjoyed with the final total and the staff and pupils thanked everyone who helped raise the money.
