THE FAMILY of a much-loved mum and daughter who lost her life in Droitwich have paid tribute to her.

Joanne Samak, who was 49, was found injured by police who were called to an address in Chestnut Spinney around 4.10am on Monday. Sadly, Joanne was pronounced dead at the scene.

In a statement her family said: “Jo was a loving, sensitive and generous person.

“She was so hard working and talented.

“She was looking forward to so much in her life.

“We are so thankful for Jo and have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and tributes from all who knew her.

“Jo, you are so loved by all your family and friends.

“Words fail us.

“We will continue to love and miss you forever.”

A 42-year-old man has been charged with murder and will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court today (Friday, July 5).
