RESIDENTS can raise concerns about issues in their local community with councillors Lynne Duffy and Tony Miller who will be at the popular Fun on the Brum event from midday to 4pm in Fernhill Heath tomorrow (Saturday).
The event will provide a good opportunity for people to get their views and suggestions heard and for the council to act on any ideas they have.
Some of the suggestions from last year were regular bus and rail stops so local children could go down to Worcester instead of their parents taking them.
Coun Miller said: “Buses run through the village approximately every 15 minutes and the Fernhill Heath rail halt is indicated on the future transportation plans at Worcestershire County Council which is an encouraging step.”
Meet your council events will continue throughout the year.
