SANTA’S grotto, Christmas games, craft stalls, toys, books, DVDs, sweets, fun tattoos, a raffle and more will be available at Ombersley Endowed First School’s annual festive fair.

The event, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm next Friday (November 27), will also offer refreshments, including tea, cakes and hot food and there will be a variety of trade stalls, such as Neales Yard Remedies, Usborne Books, Phoenix Cards and the Vintage Charm Company.

Organised by the Friends of Ombersley School, it is free for children and £1 for adults, which includes a lucky programme that enters the holder into a free prize draw.

Headteacher Caroline Moore said: “Not only is our Christmas Fair one of our biggest fund-raisers of the year, it is also a fantastic opportunity to look around our wonderful school and meet some of our pupils, parents and staff.

“We hope you can join us to help mark the start of the festive season.”

The event raised more than £7,000 last year for additional resources for the school and cash collected this year will be put towards new maths equipment.
