RESIDENTS can find out more about Droitwich’s past during the latest heritage walk tomorrow (Saturday, October 8).
The guided historical town walk starts at the Heritage Centre in Victoria Square at 11am.
Participants will be taken around the town by knowledgeable local guides who will give a fascinating insight into Droitwich Spa’s historical buildings, characters and art works.
Catherine Finn, Heritage Manager at the centre, said: “I always learn something new from our amazing guides.
“I would thoroughly recommend the walks whether you are a long-term resident, have recently moved to Droitwich or have visitors for the weekend.
“We look forward to welcoming you.”
Th walks last around one-and-a-half hours and are £3 per person with under 16s going free.
People are urged to book in advance by visiting the Heritage Centre (current opening hours Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 1.30pm) or by calling 01905 774312.
