THOSE wanting to find out about cancer services in Worcestershire can go along to a presentation being held at Droitwich’s Sacred Heart Parish Hall, Worcester Road.
The event, organised by the Droitwich Spa Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG), is being held at 6.30pm next Friday (November 21).
Adel Makar, lead cancer clinician at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, will lead the presentation.
He said it was a great opportunity for people, not only to find out about services, but also to have their say.
A number of improvements are currently being made to cancer services in Worcestershire, primarily with the transfer of services into the county’s brand new £23million oncology centre. That will open in January.
