POLICE are hunting heartless thieves who stole a plaque and artificial flowers from a grave in Droitwich.
The incident happened yesterday in the graveyard outside St Nicholas’ Church.
Witnesses or anyone with any information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
