Former West Mercia Police Federation secretary facing 17 fraud charges

A FORMER police union secretary from Droitwich is facing several charges of fraud in relation to his work at the West Mercia Police Federation.

Jamie Harrison, 53, of Worcester Road, Droitwich has been charged with 17 offences relating to misappropriation of members’ funds and abuse of hospitality.

The allegations are said to have taken place between 2010 and 2018 whilst he was a serving secretary and treasurer of the West Mercia Police Federation.

He will appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on March, 14.
