AS PEOPLE think up their new year’s resolutions, getting fitter and healthier is always on many people’s lists.
Four new consultants have joined the Slimming World team locally to help people with their weight loss journeys.
Emma will run a weekly Wednesday sessions at 5.30pm and 7pm at St Chad’s Church in Rubery from December 29.

Carol will reopen the Catshill Village Hall sessions at 9.30am every Thursday from December 30.
