A FREE 12-week fitness programme has been created to encourage Wychavon residents to get fit and healthy.
The Fortis Living project, in partnership with Wychavon District Council and Metta Box Crossfit Droitwich, starts on Tuesday, September 11.
Funded by Wychavon District Council as part of Get Wychavon Active, the sessions are offered to all Fortis Living residents who live in the Wychavon area and booking is not required.
There will be yoga at The Rifleman’s Arms from 6pm to 7pm on Mondays, pilates at Westlands Community Centre from 10am to 11am on Tuesdays and zumba at Westlands Community Centre from 7pm to 8pm on Wednesdays.
Bhangra will also be held for both adults and children at Westlands Community Centre from 10am to 11am on Fridays and crossfit at Metta Box Crossfit Droitwich 6pm to 7pm, also on Fridays.
