CROWDS flocked to Droitwich’s Lido Park earlier today to take part in circus skills workshops and enjoy traditional summertime entertainment.
As well as trying their hand at feather balancing, plate-spinning juggling, low tightrope and more, families were also treated to Clive Chandler’s World Famous Punch and Judy show which was back by popular demand.
The events have been organised by Wychavon District Council.
Jonathan Hulbert, Wychavon’s senior parks and greenspace officer, said: “It has been brilliant to see so many people come along for the return of our family fun days.
“Sometimes it can be tricky to come up with new ideas to keep children entertained during the summer but the puppet shows and circus workshops offer something different for children and are a chance to learn something new.
“We hope to see them return next year.”
Droitwich super snapper Louis Cartwright-Walls from Cedar Water Photography was on hand to capture these images of Clive Chandler in action.
