A LONG-TERM volunteer at Droitwich Spa Heritage Centre was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers for the service she has given to the community.
Mayor of Droitwich Spa, Coun Alex Sinton, thanked Gill during a speech during s festive meal and made the presentation.
Gill has been volunteering at Droitwich Spa Heritage Centre for 40 years.
She said: “I have seen lots of changes over time, but I still enjoy volunteering here.”
A spokesperson for Droitwich Spa Heritage Centre and Droitwich Spa Town Council said they would like to thank Gill for all her years of service.
“Our volunteers are the beating heart of our organisation and without them we wouldn’t be able to provide this wonderful community service.”
