A GROUP of art and design students from HoW College completed a mural for and commissioned by Little Owl Farm Park in Ombersley, writes Scarlett Brunning.
The family-friendly attraction is owned by Mandy and Jim Howell and daughter Lizzie who wanted to spruce up a dingy corridor that led to a play area.
They contacted the college and the seven students jumped at the chance to paint the mural.
Greta Bundriunaite, Lucy Burrage, Shannon Hull, Sian Pratt, Chloe Ryder, Indya Stephens and Oliwia Wydmanska all worked to the brief of grass, trees and animals aimed at children under ten.
By the end they said the experience had been very helpful.
Sian said: “It has given me more confidence to deal with design briefs in the future.”
Lucy added: “I have really enjoyed my time at the farm and would like to thank Mandy, Jim and Lizzie for the experience.”
