SHOPPERS have the chance to escape the high street and visit a series of artisan winter fayres at Hanbury Hall this month.
More than 20 local artisan makers will be at The Handmade and Artisan Fayres from 10am to 4pm tomorrow and Sunday, November 5 and next Saturday and Sunday, November 11 and November 12.
The fayre will see a host of talented local producers selling a range of gifts, from gorgeous homeware to exquisite jewellery, from unique artworks to tasty tipples.
There will be award-winning pies, seasonal jams and chutneys, freshly-baked artisanal breads, nature-inspired photography, intricate mosaic gift-wear, ceramics, hand-carved wooden items and more.
There will be delicious seasonal meals available in the Servants Hall Tea Room, or take a seat in the Chambers Tea Room for a delicious afternoon tea, open from 12noon to 3.30pm.
Entry to the fayre is part of a whole property ticket which, for the two fayre weekends only, has been reduced to the price of £2 per person.
Entry is free to National Trust members.
