Handbag stolen from car parked at Droitwich beauty spot

A THIEF has smashed a car window to steal handbag causing £250 worth of damage in Droitwich.

The victim left his Ford Focus parked at the Hanbury Woods beauty spot on Saturday (October 31), and left this girlfriend’s handbag in the boot underneath other items.

Police believe between 2pm and 4pm, the thief shattered the tailgate window and stole the bag which contained a purse, make up and house keys, worth £150 in total.

 




Following the incident, officers are reminding people not to leave valuables in their vehicles, even if they are hidden.
