A PRESENTATION entitled ‘Gone for a Walk’ will be given at The Wigley Room at Droitwich Methodist Centre at 7.30pm on Tuesday, January 17.
Guest speaker Heather Kent recalls in pictures her 281-day, 2,000-mile walk around England as part of the 50-year celebrations of the Ramblers’ Association which finished at 10 Downing Street.
Everyone is welcome and admission, which includes refreshments, is £3.
It has been organised by the Droitwich Spa Civic Society which was recently saved from closure when people came forward to take up roles on the committee. Click here for more on that.
