A HUMOROUS one-man, one-act play called ‘Jesus My Boy’ will be performed at St Andrews Church in Droitwich on April 10.
The incredibly moving and cleverly written play is by John Dowie and has previously been performed in the West End.
The production, by the Worcester Repertory Company, stars Jonathan Darby, is directed by Chris Jaeger and is guaranteed to delight both those with Christian beliefs and those without.
The piece is based on the story of Jesus and is seen through the eyes of Joseph, a down-to-earth man who is dismayed about how his image is later portrayed in Christian artwork.
