AN ILLUSTRATED talk on ‘A Survivor of The Great War’ will be given by Charles Brechnell in the John Corbett Room at Droitwich Community Hall at 7.30pm on Wednesday, November 7.
With November 11 being the centenary of the end of the First World War, this presentation will tell the many stories of the people who lived during the First World War, those who fought, those who died and others who survived.
Charles has researched the history of the period and of one person who made a great impression on him. Discover more at this talk which is the latest to have been organised by the Droitwich History and Archaeology Society.
Admission is £2 for members and £4 for visitors.
