STUDENTS from St Peter’s Droitwich C of E Academy took part in the school’s Harvest Festivals last Wednesday and Thursday, writes Lauren Tiller.
They sang popular Harvest songs during the celebrations, which were held at St Peter’s Church.
The service was led by Rachel Rean who ended the festivities by inviting people to ‘shout’ what they were thankful for, which included the school’s attempt to stop hunger locally.
The Academy worked on collecting tins and dried food items to donate to the Droitwich Foodbank as part of a project founded by local churches and community groups.
