Jewellery and electrical items worth £3,000 stolen in burglary

MORE THAN £3,000 worth of jewellery and electrical items were stolen in a burglary in Martin Hussingtree.

The break-in happened in Drury Lane between 3pm and 5pm last Tuesday (February 10) when the raiders forced the back patio door, causing £180 worth of damage.

Among the items were a £300 collection of Tiffany jewellery, an Apple iPad, a 40ins Sony TV with Sony Soundbar worth £1,300 and a 15ins Acer laptop with black laptop bag – they totalled £500.

A £350 iPad Retina and case, more jewellery worth £600, two Radley purses, totalling £45 and a £60 Western digital 500GB hard drive were also taken.
