PARENTS wanting to teach their children about cooking and eating healthily can head to a family friendly cooking session in Wychbold.
Kids Kitchen sessions encourage young children to get involved in the cooking and learn new recipes to take home and enjoy.
The session will get parents and children cooking together before everyone sits down to enjoy lunch at Wychbold Village Hall, School Road, Droitwich on September 25 from 11am to 1pm.
Wychavon District Council have helped fund and support the sessions at the Wychavon Hub in partnership with Kids Kitchen.
The organisers say the sessions are a great way to introduce your child to a wide range of healthy and delicious recipes and get them involved in the kitchen.
The day provides a welcome environment where visitors can meet new friends and have fun with their little one.

Councillor Rick Deller, who represents Wychbold on Wychavon District Council, said: “I’m delighted to see the success and growth of this project in the area.
“It’s a great way to introduce parents and children to cooking with plant-based food, encouraging a healthy way of eating but alongside that it’s a fantastic way to build community and Klaire, our session leading, is doing a superb job.”
