Laughter in the air at Droitwich's Gardeners Arms this weekend with Robyn Perkins and other comedians

LAUGHTER will fill the air at the Gardeners Arms’ on Sunday, June 9, when highly-rated American comic Robyn Perkins takes to the stage, writes Amy Rose Willis.

Robyn will be performing her Mating Selection show between 3.30pm and 4.30pm.

She combines her background in biology and philosophy to tell the true story of the time she took part in a live dating show.

She discusses how social construct changes the way society dates and the role of attraction.

With her academic background shining through,  she looks at the social constructs of present day dating and the science behind love.

Robyn Perkins has been combining her hilarious real-life stories, gracious charm and knowledge in science since 2011.

Rocketing in success, hosting various clubs in London, with her comic performances appearing at the Angel Comedy, Top Secret Comedy Club and Laugh Train Home.

Miss Perkins has performed at top international comedy festivals in Australia, such as Perth’s Fringeworld Festival, Adelaide Fringe and Sydney’s Comedy Store.

She has also been a finalist in seven prestigious comedy competitions and has recently been presenting science news on BBC Radio Kent and is striving to save the sea, being a member of Ocean Matters charity.
